Once you have shared your location and added the specifications of your optics and sensors, the application will provide you with a list of sky objects that you should watch out for, ordered by their apparent magnitude.
If you select one of these objects, you can view more detailed information about them, such as their azimuth, altitude, declination and right ascension time. The app also estimates the exposure time based on your gear, and it displays a preview of the object’s dimensions.

The HLA-DRB3 and -DQB1 genotyping and characterization were performed using polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primers followed by hybridization with oligonucleotide arrays. The distribution of HLA-DRB3 was similar between the three groups (P > 0.05). However, HLA-DQB1*0303 (P = 0.05), *0401 (P = 0.05), *0501 (P = 0.05), and *0601 (P = 0.05) were significantly higher in chronic hepatitis C than in chronic hepatitis B. Sequence-based typing revealed that all the HLA-DRB3 variants belonged to DRB3*0101, *0102, *0103, *0105, *0106, *0111, *0201, *0301, *0302, and *1101.
