The TomaWeb Boot Wallpaper is a very simple but useful utility that creates a desktop wallpaper when your PC boots up that will let you know the date and time your PC was last started.
This is very useful for servers that are always on. One glance can help you decide if it needs to be rebooted.

It displays a simple and plain title at the top of the desktop wallpaper with the last date and time it was booted to.
Once the desktop wallpaper is created it will be available at the desktop for your user’s next log on.
1) Open Toma-Web
2) Start the Toma-Web Mail Email Wallpaper as shown below:
3) Go to SETTING
4) Go to Desktop
5) Click on PREFERENCES WALLPAPER
6) Set the date and time with either this wizard, or this.

When you boot your PC, this boot wallpaper is displayed on the desktop.

2. Description of the Related Art
Semiconductor device packaging is commonly used to protect and support a semiconductor die from its environment, to provide a platform for routing electrical signals between the die and external devices, and to provide a thermal path for the heat generated by the die. Furthermore, a typical semiconductor package includes a generally planar base that provides a lower surface to attach the package to external circuitry, and has a generally planar upper surface that receives the die.
In addition to the foregoing, it is often desirable to form a device package in the shape of a prism having a plurality of upper surfaces that are preferably configured to make electrical connections to a die. Examples of such devices include power devices.
In the formation of device packages of the foregoing type, blind via holes are often formed in a semiconductor package in order to provide an electrically conductive path through the semiconductor package to a region of the die located on the lower surface of the package. When this is the case, the blind via hole is typically formed in the dielectric material that separates the lower surface of the package from the upper surface of the die, in order to provide an electrical path between the die and a conductive element disposed below the die. However, the dimensions of the blind via hole (e.g., its depth, width and/or diameter) may be limited by the materials from which the package is constructed.

I have managed to make it as simple as possible to understand for new users without breaking the program, I’ve also included a static version of the disk drive image so you can have your wallpaper screen full screen without having to move your mouse.
This program will work for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
You can also use the disk drive image to produce an animated wallpaper.
For Windows Vista or Windows 7, you need to download and install the free stand alone Powertweak tool from the link below

You need to use the latest version of Powertweak (Powertweak 2.0).
To install Powertweak 2.0 with the disk drive image, download and run the
Powertweak Installer.exe.
To avoid frequent restarts, reboot your computer when prompted.
If you need to install your own disk drive image, download and run the
TomaWeb Loader.exe.
Please note that the TomaWeb Loader is only for Windows 2000, XP and 2003.
This setup will install both Powertweak and the TomaWeb Loader into the default user profile folder.
Note: If you choose to install the TomaWeb Loader into your profile folder, make sure you activate your Microsoft Anti-Spyware in order to avoid being flagged as a potential malware.
To activate your anti-spyware, open your Windows Anti-spyware software
and click ‘Update’.
This is needed to avoid the TomaWeb Loader being flagged as a potential malware.
