Elecard NWSource-Plus is a DirectShow filter for receiving media data from the network. It receives the RTP and UDP packets and feeds the filter graph with stream data contained in these packets. Elecard RTSP Net Source is a DirectShow filter that sets the connection with RTSP server sends request for starting, stopping, pausing the media broadcasting and positioning in the stream, receives media data from RTSP server.
Elecard MPEG Audio Decoder is a filter that provides the software-only decoding of MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-2.5 and LPCM audio streams. Elecard MPEG-2 Plug-In is optimized for the most efficient CPU usage and takes full advantage of MMX, SSE, SSE2, and 3DNow extensions if availble. The special control interface allows the software to maintain full control over quality of decoding. The software decodes closed captions and subpictures, allows deinterlacing to get rid of interlace artifacts and combing, provides high quality upsamling to improve visual quality and supports all 18 ATSC formats.

Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder&Streaming Plug-in provides an interface between
Windows Media Player or other similar audio and/or video players and the MPEG-2
demultiplexer filter created by Elecard. This demultiplexer takes the
multiplexed streams of one RTP/UDP/IP protocol and splits them into two streams:
video and audio/subpicture. Elecard MPEG-2 PlugIn for WMP does not only
demultiplex the streams, but offers software decoding of the video and
audio. The MPEG-2 PlugIn for WMP offers a very efficient and quality video
decoder, a complete control interface allowing you to select decoded
parameters such as resolution, keyframe and deinterlacing, and a very
high quality upsampling quality.
The MPEG-2 PlugIn for WMP allows to stream from the PC to any decoder
or player on the network.
How it Works:
The MPEG-2 PlugIn for WMP is a DirectShow filter, and can therefore be installed
along with all other DirectShow filters (Windows Media Player, WMP Netstream)
without any extra work. This unique function makes it possible to stream
media data on the local network and also to send control messages to remote
PCs on the network, for example, to control the current position in the
stream.
Elecard MPEG-2 PlugIn for WMP includes all the necessary code to receive the
streams from the network. The stream is received and split by the
demultiplexer filter into the video and audio/subpicture streams. The video
stream is then decoded and displayed. Additionally, a stream with
representations for enabling and disabling the decoder filter is sent to
Windows Media Player. This stream is useful if you want to disable the
filter on your PC and simultaneously to control the amount of CPU resources
this filter uses.

The package consists of several components. It is designed for receiving and decoding video, audio, extended data and external streams and provides Microsoft Windows Media Player with built-in video and audio decoders. The decoder supports MPEG-2 compression, AVI, RM, MKV, MOV and other file formats. It supports packet streaming and RTSP streaming and also provides direct streaming to IP networks (RTSP, H.320 and H.323).
Demultiplexer Plug-in can receive MPEG-1, MPEG-2 Program and Transport Streams, split into video and audio streams. Supports also the receiving of RTP and UDP-Packets.
Push-Filter can receive MPEG-1, MPEG-2 Program and Transport Streams, split into video and audio streams. Supports also the receiving of RTP and UDP-Packets.
Source-Filter can receive media data from the network. It receives the RTP and UDP-Packets and feeds the filter graph with stream data contained in these packets.
Once installed, PlugIn should be running and visible in the system tray. You can view the currently running servers, if any by clicking on the icon (triangle with video clip at top of the picture).
Once connected to the server, PlugIn will not show any graphics at all – just the logic to feed the filter graph with streams.

I use vlc and a bad quality is produced.
But all works well with VLC (if you use the drag and drop).
Anyway if I must use WMP,
I will use the extention pack.
