Delivery area and shipping cost

Cirelli Barware ships within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. We do not deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or U.S. territories.

Free shipping does not include installation, assembly, or inside delivery. Product prices and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout, with no hidden charges.

Processing your order

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT, observing CST/CDT as applicable). Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin processing that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Transit after dispatch

After dispatch, transit within the contiguous United States takes 2–4 business days. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before ordering to confirm the delivery timeframe. Transit time does not include order processing. Only business days count toward transit times.

After dispatch, we provide tracking information for your shipment. The carrier is identified in the shipping update.

Delivery questions

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us before we arrange another shipment.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, explain the revised shipping date, and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If you do not accept the delay, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund the amount paid for it.

If a package is missing or substantially overdue, contact support@cirelliandco.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and work with you to resolve the delivery issue.
